Delete your NemoLive account

Steps in the app

1. Open NemoLive and tap Me, then Settings.
2. Tap Account and security, then Delete account.
3. Read the warning and tap Delete my account.

It is immediate and cannot be undone

• There is no waiting period.
• Your virtual currency is lost.
• You can sign up again, but only as a brand-new account with nothing carried over.

What is deleted

• Personal details are cleared.
• All devices are signed out.
• Sign-in methods are unlinked.
• Your name shows as “Deleted account”.

What is kept

Records of purchases and of moderation decisions, with your personal details removed, because the law and the safety of NemoLive require them.

If you can’t open the app

Email contact@vativeapps.com from the address linked to the account. We reply and delete within [N days].
