These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and VATIVEAPPS, L.L.C. (“we”) for the NemoLive app. By creating an account you accept them, together with our privacy policy and child safety standards.
Who can use NemoLive
- You must be 18 or older.
- One person per account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Do not use NemoLive if the law where you live does not allow it, or if we have banned you before.
Your content
What you post, stream and send stays yours. You give us permission to host it, show it and stream it to other people as the app works, for as long as it is on NemoLive. You are responsible for it, and you must have the right to share it.
The rules
- Nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, ever. We report it.
- No nudity or sexual acts in streams, calls or posts.
- No harassment, hate, threats or violence.
- Nothing illegal, and no promoting it.
- No scams, spam, impersonation or fake accounts.
- No attempts to break, overload or get around NemoLive, or to get into other people’s accounts.
You can report people, posts, rooms and calls in the app. Staff review reports.
Diamonds, gifts and other virtual items
- Diamonds are bought in the app through Google Play or the Apple App Store. They let you send gifts and use other features in NemoLive.
- Virtual items are a licence to use them in the app. They are not money, have no value outside NemoLive and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as host earnings below.
- Purchases are final, except where the law or the store’s refund policy says otherwise. Refunds go through the store you paid.
- If a payment is refunded, reversed or fraudulent, we may remove what it bought.
Earnings for hosts
Hosts may earn from the gifts they receive, under the host and agency programme shown in the app. Withdrawals need a verified account and follow the limits and fees the app shows. We may hold or cancel earnings linked to fraud or to a breach of these terms.
Removing content and ending accounts
- We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms. Virtual items in a banned account may be lost.
- You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your NemoLive account.
The service
We work to keep NemoLive running and safe, but it is provided as it is. Features can change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app when the change matters. Using NemoLive after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to the courts located in Delaware.
