What we collect

Account details

Sign-in through Google, Apple, Facebook, phone or email; name, photo, and age confirmation (18+).

What you create

Live streams and calls (camera, microphone), chat and direct messages, posts and comments, uploaded photos and videos, and gifts.

Purchases of virtual currency

Google Play or the Apple App Store handles payment, and we never see your card details. We keep a record of each purchase.

Technical data

Device and push tokens, app version, language, crash and performance data, usage analytics, and the approximate city or country of a sign-in.

Permissions we ask for, and why

• Camera: to go live and join video calls.
• Microphone: for sound in live streams, voice rooms and calls.
• Photos and videos: to upload media to your profile, posts and messages.
• Notifications: to tell you about messages, hosts going live and account activity.

Processors

• Google: Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance; Firebase Authentication (sign-in) and Cloud Messaging (notifications); Google Sign-In; Play Billing.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, push notifications and incoming calls on iPhone, and App Store payments.
• Meta: Facebook Login.
• Hetzner: hosts our servers.
• Resend: sends account emails.
• Sentry: error reports from our servers.
• Live video and audio, and the photos and videos you upload, are handled on our own servers.

Sharing

• Your profile and content are visible to other users.
• There are no ads and no advertising ID.
• We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal details right away. Records of purchases and of moderation decisions stay, with your personal details removed, because the law and the safety of NemoLive require them.

Age

NemoLive is for people 18 and older only.
